Yesterday a lot of things happened.

-My friend Angie went home to Georgia :( I miss ya babe!!

-I helped Zach move into his new house.

-I saw two college kids walking around with Sponge Bob Square Pants backpacks, shirts, and hats. It was pretty funny.

-I found out that Mike D is having his bachelor party next weekend and we're partying at the house next Friday and Saturday. WooooooHoooooo!!!

Recently I found out that my friend Angie is coming to visit me. I'm soooooooooooooo happy because I was supposed to go meet her in Vegas a couple of years ago but unfortunately I wasn't able to do so due to work and stuff. But now that she's coming out to AZ, I'm super excited to hang out with her and show her all around Scottsdale/Phoenix.

And in other news- I was thinking today, perhaps overanalyzing as Jackie would say, and I realized that I learn better when I can understand logistically how the small details relate to the larger details. Reading is more of a linear way of learning. Each word has to be read prior to the next and naturally, each sentence has to be read before the next. Reading what someone has written to learn and understand concepts is the worst way to learn because you're taking that writer's perception of the concept. If you don't have the same mentality and reference points that the writer has, then you're not going to be able to understand the concept as quickly as possible. Now if you were given a workflow chart of how things relate from one to another then you could see the concepts and interpret them for yourself.

Long story even longer, I'm going to experiment with taking notes in Microsoft Visio for my real estate stuff and possibly some other things. I'll keep ya posted on how it all works out.

So what do YOU do on your way to lunch with the family at a nice sushi restaurant?

a) internally contemplate on what kind of sushi you're hungry for that day?

b) talk with your big brother because you haven't talked to him for a while and because he's one cool guy?

c) quietly enjoy the smooth buttery ride in one of your dad's cars and think about how proud you are of your parents for what they've accomplished?

d) bravely pick your nose hairs while your brother drives at 45mph over all kinds of crazy bumps on camelback road.

my brother chose 'd' too.

Jen Walrond is officially a rockstar!

I checked my e-mail the other day and found these great photos that she took from the get together on Dec 23.

Naturally... again, good friends, nice food, and tasty drinks all come together to make another fun night for 'the gang'.

If anyone has more photos, e-mail me and I'll post them!

Dougie Stuber... we never knew!

Today my friend Mel sent me a photo of her with short hair. I think she looks better w/ the short hair...

Speaking of friends... my friend in Georgia thinks I party way too much. I told her that it would actually be somewhat quiet here at the house if I was just hanging out here by myself. I don't think she believed me.

She should believe me. :) She's closest to 0,0.

Here's a few photos from last last night.

3 things happened that night...

1) Jillians with Andrew, Amy, Brian, Meghan, Tim, and Mark.

Here are some photos from that.

2) We went to Travis' house for his b-day.

3) Mickey's Hangover where the server girl kissedMark on the cheek.

Yeah, fun stuff.

What's up homey's and homette's? It's Sunday mornin and I haven't really gone to bed because I fell asleep at my aunt and uncle's house right after dinner last night.

Oh well.

Saturday was pretty busy. Marla's wedding and a family dinner. Yeah, sounds pretty simple but the wedding was a lot of fun with dancing afterwards. You can check out the photos here. After the wedding I crashed at the house for a bit then went to the family dinner.

Yum.

I'm here at work and at 10:45, I was really missing my vacation that I just got done enjoying. It's now 3pm and although I've treated myself to spicy tuna rolls and california rolls at the local sushi shop, I'm still missing my vacation.

But today is Friday!

Wooooo hooooooo!

The weekend won't be a lazy one though... I have two family parties, a wedding to attend, a pool to clean, a meeting for some web stuff, christmas lights to take down and a tree to dismantle (That's right, I used a fake tree - save the trees, collect them all!)

Hope you all have a good weekend.

Ok...

Here's a song that really rocked the party that rocked the party. It might take a while for it to load but be patient and turn up your speakers.

I found this funny picture the other day and it made me laugh. Whatcha think?

Tonight was a great night. I celebrated the night with friends and shortly after the clock struck midnight, there was a power outage for the entire block. But that didn't put a damper on the night though because we continued to hang out as Travis strummed a fantastic tune about his future wife... I'll post the song tomorrow so check back later!
